 Ace Property Inspection & Exterminating Services  has been serving      
the South Florida Area since 2006. 
We proudly hold the Florida State Home Inspector License ,WDO (AKA as Termites) Inspector
License with the Department of Entomology for the State of Florida, and are approved FHA Inspectors.
 We hold proper insurances in all of our licenses.

Our company has been a proud member of FABI(Florida Association of Building Inspectors) and
have had the privilege to travel to various cities throughout our great state for meetings and lectures. 
The architecture and homes throughout the State of Florida leave an everlasting impression on the importance
 to observe each home for its unique attributes.  We stay current on the latest information by
attending continue education seminars throughout the year.


Office Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7pm
Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm  

  We can accomodate an inspection service typically within 24 to 48 business hours prior
to the requested date. Saturday inspections are also available at no additional cost to you. 
Water and Electricty connections will need to be activated prior to the time of the scheduled
inspection.  We strongly recommend having our Clients attend the inspection of their possible new
home. Afterall, your future property is an important investment!
